You will be responsible for the growth of the organization by identifying and developing new business opportunities.The duties include searching for new channel partners, finding new potential services to offer and helping the company expand its reach to a larger number of study abroad applicants across the country

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Make 50 calls per week to educational institutions, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Follow up on previous communications, coordinate meetings, and address any inquiries from schools.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and communications in our database..

  • Assist in the planning and execution of communication initiatives and campaigns targeted at prospective channel partners.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential user groups.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective institutions.

  • Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Travel to different locations to meet with institutions and participate in events. Representing and promoting the company in webinars, study fairs, college fairs and other similar networking events.

  • Gather feedback from schools and report back to the team to help improve our programs and services.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns to drive high quality lead generation brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion across various online channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company goals, including increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

  • Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (PPC), SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Plan and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

  • Create and manage social media ads and campaigns across various platforms to build and engage with our online community.

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing to optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling, SEO-friendly content that aligns with marketing objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

  • Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track return on investment (ROI) for each campaign.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to keep our digital marketing strategies competitive.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

  • Report on digital marketing KPIs and provide regular updates to the management team.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and platforms in the digital marketing space.

Skill(s) required-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a successful track record of digital marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

  • Selling services to clients and managing individual portfolios.

  • Managing sales processes and drafting proposals.

  • Updating and Maintaining a customer database.

  • Nurturing relationships with earlier channel partners and recruited students.

  • Identifying new development channels.

  • Representing and promoting the company in webinars, study fairs, college fairs and other similar networking events.
